Training
At Fine Painting, training is a key component
in achieving excellent safety performance.
Training for All Employees, not just the
supervisors, but journeymen and apprentices
alike stress safety. By choosing Fine Painting
as a partner, we ensure a high level of
Safety Training and Awareness as a requisite
for all our job sites.
Each year Fine mandates that all of our craftsmen
attend an Annual Safety Awareness Day. This
day long safety event includes courses such
as:
- Confined Space Training
- Lead Awareness
- Scaffold/Fall Protection/Ladder Safety
- Lift/Boom Training
- Respiratory Protection
- Hazard Communication
- First-Aid Awareness
Those who attend are given a T-shirt and
enrolled in a raffle drawing. We would like
to express our appreciation for the willingness
of our workforce to come in on their own
time. The commitment to safety of all our
employees is a great source of pride to
